All coaching sessions and Private Clarity Calls are scheduled by appointment through Calendly or direct scheduling with LumaRise.
Sessions are conducted virtually and require advance scheduling.
Missed appointments or sessions canceled outside the agreed cancellation window may be considered completed unless otherwise approved in writing.

No Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of LumaRise coaching services, all coaching purchases are considered final. Payments are non-refundable, and unused sessions, missed appointments, or early termination of a coaching package are not eligible for refunds, transfers, or credits.
