Services Provided
LumaRise provides life coaching services only. Coaching services are designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, goal setting, and mindset development.
LumaRise does not provide:

Medical care

Mental health treatment

Psychotherapy

Psychiatric services

Diagnosis or treatment of any medical or psychological condition
Although members of the LumaRise team may have backgrounds in medicine, psychology, counseling, or behavioral health, all services provided through LumaRise are strictly non-clinical life coaching services.
Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice
Nothing on this website or within any coaching session should be considered medical advice, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, or a substitute for licensed healthcare services:
Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate medical, psychological, or psychiatric care when needed. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, contact emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.
Client Responsibility
By engaging in coaching services with LumaRise, you acknowledge and agree that:

Eligibility
Coaching services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By purchasing services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Scheduling & Attendance

All sessions must be scheduled through Calendly or you can contact us to schedule

Sessions are held by appointment only

Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time

Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered used unless otherwise approved by LumaRise.
Payment & Fees

Payment is required prior to scheduling any session

LumaRise accepts credit card payments

Coaching packages may be paid in full or through approved monthly payment plans

Monthly payment plans require timely payments to continue services

Enrollment in a payment plan represents a commitment to the full coaching program investment. Monthly payments are installments toward the total program fee and are not month-to-month memberships unless otherwise stated.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
No Refund Policy
All coaching sessions, packages, and payment plans are non-refundable.
Due to the personalized nature of coaching services:

No credits

No transfers
Unused sessions are forfeited if a client chooses to discontinue services early.
Confidentiality
LumaRise respects client confidentiality. Information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). LumaRise is not a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider for coaching services unless otherwise required by law.
Results Disclaimer
LumaRise makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or personal transformation. Coaching results vary depending on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, and materials, is the property of LumaRise and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumaRise and its founders, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching services or use of this website.
Termination of Services
LumaRise reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its discretion if:
